2023 Antique & Craft Markets at the Lac-Brome Museum              Vendor Information

• Non-reserved spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of each event

• Vendors may reserve spaces by mailing a payment, presenting in person at the Museum reception during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 4 pm) or by calling during office hours at 450-243-6782 ext.1 (payment by credit card only over the phone) Fees go to supporting the Museum

• Preference will be given to vendors who reserve for all four Antique & Craft markets

 

Prices for spaces                                         Single (12 x 12):   $50       

                                                                            Double (12 x 24): $70

Reserve and pay all four in advance    Single:   $180
                                                                             Double: $260

 

There will be a "Market Manager" on site from 7 am to 4 pm to assist vendors in locating their spaces and amenities and to ensure that the following rules and regulations are followed

 

• Vendors will have access to restrooms in the Marion Phelps Building from 7am - 5 pm

• Vendors will have access to free morning coffee in the Marion Phelps Building from 7am - Please bring your own cup.

• Vendors MUST be set up by 9 am and remain until the market closes at 4 pm

• Vendors MUST NOT park on museum grounds or on the street in front of the museum except to unload or load, in which case they have no more than 30 minutes.

• Vendors MUST bring their own table(s) and chair(s) and must display their wares on the table(s) and NOT on the ground.

• Vendors MUST respect the boundaries of their space(s). 

• Vendors' wares MUST be antique, vintage/retro, or craft. NO car parts, plumbing parts appliances, etc.!

• Vendors MUST leave their space(s) clean and free of garbage/recycling

• It is recommended that Vendors bring hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes with them.
   

All Markets will go on rain or shine

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS
