Built by Albatros in 1918, this German biplane is one of eight remaining original Fokker D.VIIs in the world. The “Knowlton Fokker” is the crown jewel of the “War Trophies” secured for the museum by Senator George G. Foster of Knowlton in 1921, and it remains the BCHS’s best-known artefact.
