Scotty has had many jobs throughout his 150+ years. He first was a mascot for a tobacco shop. Later, Scotty became the figurehead of a small sailing ship called the Highlander, which sailed the Great Lakes in the 1850s. In 1874, the Highlander had to be salvaged after his boat sank. Today, the Scotsman stands guard over the Museum's general store.

Scotty a rempli diverses fonctions depuis plus de 150 ans.
